There is a feature on the website within which interested parties have the option to voluntarily input their details (name, phone and email), on the “Contact” page. Should interested parties choose to enter this detail, it will only be processed and used for administration purposes so R2S Recruitment can contact and respond to the sender. 

Apart from this, common examples of personal data that we collect and hold include an individual’s CV and other data such as names, contact details, education and employment history, compensation,  interview notes or any additional information provided by the candidate.

R2S Recruitment may collect Candidate Data directly from a job candidate or from third parties—for example, in connection with a background or employment check or employment reference, subject to your consent where required by law. 

R2S Recruitment neither requests nor considers information concerning gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or political opinions in connection with recruiting.

Any information that is gathered during the recruitment process will not be shared with any third parties unless requested and will not be retained for longer than necessary and only used for the purpose for which it is collected. We recognise that personal data may not be retained indefinitely.

We may also obtain other information from you through your use of this website and/or social media websites such as location data, traffic data, and usage of a desktop or tablet device.
