2: Kick off call
This next step involves organising a kick off call. This meeting is typically online and it gives us an opportunity to see how we can partner together to build a personalised and customised service. This call is important to get a deeper understanding of the specific needs, values, culture and hiring needs of the organisation to ensure the best match between candidates and employers.
3: Screening Process
Next there is a rigorous screening process to ensure that the candidates presented to clients meet the required skill set and meet the brief as closely as possible. This will involve pre-screening and interviewing all candidates before finally creating a shortlist for review. We prioritise quality over quantity when it comes to candidate selection, which enables you to save time and work on what’s important to you rather than trawling through endless CVs.
4: Shortlist & Interviews
Only those closest to your needs will be submitted to your company for final evaluation. Following this, interviews will be arranged
5: Feedback/Offer Stage
Following the completion of interviews, we will have a debrief to gather feedback before progressing to the offer stage. We will manage the offer and negotiation process for you and will keep in contact until the candidate is onboarded. Regular communication and feedback are key components of our successful partnership.
